BIOGRAPHY

Richmond Felton is an award-winning filmmaker passionate about partnering alongside world-class talent to produce innovative content with heartfelt and memorable characters and stories that entertain and inspire audiences of all ages around the world. 

Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the heart of Maryland, Felton fell in love with cinema and television as a child inspired by the powerful nature of storytelling. One of his first jobs was working in a video rental store.

Felton went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Music Engineering Technology from Hampton University and his Master of Fine Arts in Directing Cinema & TV from Regent University.

After getting his start in radio and television, Felton moved from Virginia Beach to Los Angeles where he has worked with several studios and production companies and has been a part of creating some of the entertainment industry's highest grossing and groundbreaking content.

Felton has been noted for directing heartwarming, exciting and visually distinctive films, commercials, animation and music videos. He is currently working on his debut feature length film, American Dreamers.
